Interactive Social Campaigns

In order to connect with customers in a fun and personal way, we re-evaluated the messaging and content of the inserts that were included in each Knit Picks order. 

 

I concepted multiple campaigns to create an interactive experience between the customer, social media, and the brand. Each postcard campaign included a "fill in the blank" aspect for customers to answer in response to a question or idea posed on the card. Every campaign included a unique hashtag for the customer to use and share on social media. This resulted in high engagement in brand awareness, social engagement, and a high volume of user generated content. 

Role: Campaign concepting, planning, and execution; copywriting; social media management and engagement.
